Country to which the order can be sent
Currently, we only provide service to the continental United States. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, international shipping has been greatly restricted and we have chosen to temporarily close our international service in order not to compromise the overall quality of our service. Subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website.
Shipping methods and costs
We support both Standard delivery and Express delivery and can ship over $150 with the following postage calculations:

Order handling time
Handling time: 1-2 business days. Our order handling deadline on workdays is 5 pm. Orders placed after 5 pm EST on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday morning (postponed for holidays).
Shipping time: For standard delivery, shipping time will be 3-12 business days in the United States. For express delivery, shipping time will be 1-5 business days in the United States. Delivery time is 2-14 days.
Sales tax is the responsibility of the individual buyer, we do not currently cover this cost.
Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all taxes. If your order is refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
What happens if the order takes too long to process? （more than 10 working days without special remarks）
There are two options for you to choose, we refund directly or we arrange delivery as soon as possible and compensate you with a $3 coupon.
What happens if the shipping time is too long?
Please make sure that you have filled in your receiving information correctly first, if the receiving information is incorrect please take responsibility for it yourself. If the receiving information is correct and you have not received the product more than 30 days after delivery, you can choose to have a refund or we re-deliver it to you and compensate you with a $5 coupon.
What happens if goods are lost in transit?
We are not responsible for products lost in transit, but we can help you contact the logistics company. You can contact us first to inform us of the problem you have encountered and we will arrange for someone to help you with your enquiry.

If you have created a login with us, you may track your order directly on your account by logging in here and visiting the order status page.
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. You will also receive a second e-mail (which may take up to 48 hours) once your order is shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Shipping to P.O. Box & military address
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, mail-forwarding addresses, and temporary residence addresses. This is the ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your Simcoleather order.
For security purposes, all Simcoleather deliveries require a signature. You will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail and please prepare for receiving the goods in advance.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
