If your goods are partially damaged, we can replace them for free; If your goods are completely damaged, please reject them and contact our customer service for replacement or refund.
Our leather bags, gloves, wallets, and belts can be softly cleaned a wet cloth. Simply wipe the outside fabric and hang to dry.
In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and mild soap. Be sure to limit the exposure to direct heat or sunlight to avoid fading, avoid bleach, and do not soak in water.
